Last week I went to Daddy's work for a BBQ...

...it was tiring meeting all Daddy's co-workers!

I can walk...ALL BY MYSELF!!!

This past Friday, July 24th, I started REALLY walking all by myself!!!

I had been going from the chair to the couch by myself or to and from other people & toys for a couple weeks now, but Friday night when we were at Auntie Heather & Uncle Jason's, I just started cruising!!!

This video isn't from Friday night, but Sunday (silly Mommy didn't have her camera!)!!!

Jadyn's 1st Birthday Party!!!

This weekend was my best friend Jadyn's 1st birthday party!!!

(*Not only is Jadyn my best friend, Mommy & Jadyn's Mommy are best friends!!!)

We had SO much fun!!!

Jadyn's Mommy made a Rainbow Fish cake...yup, you heard me right, SHE MADE THIS CAKE!!! It came out AWESOME!!!
Jadyn had a water table set up to play in and we brought the water slide for all the big kids to play on!
Here I am walking all by myself!!! I'm such a big girl!!!

We were trying to splash everyone!

I got to play in their sandbox too...

Old Friends...

A couple of weekends ago, we went to a BBQ at one of Mommy's high school best friends' parents house!!!

Mommy was SO excited to see Heather & Melissa!

She has been friends with Heather since she was in Junior High and come to find out, Heather's parents were friends with Grandma & Grandpa when they were in school!!! Mommy says it's a very small world!!! Mommy & Heather then meet Melissa in High School and the three of them became best friends!!!

Mommy says unfortunately she doesn't get to see them very often cause Heather lives in NY and Melissa lives in Utah, but says that maybe we can go visit both of them!!!

The BBQ was pirate themed, so she had a treasure chest of all kinds of things...gold coins, necklaces, rings, etc.! It was awesome!!!

They also had BALLOONS!!!

I just love balloons!!!
Silly Heather started rubbing one on my head so my hair would stand up!!! Now I know why Mommy is friends with her...she's fun!!!
Mommy said it was a very special day for her and she loved seeing her old friends again! She said it brought back a lot of very special memories that the three of them shared!!!

Hopefully, it's not years before they all get to see each other again!!!

York's Wild Animal Kingdom

On Saturday, Mommy & Daddy took me and Sam to York's Wild Animal Kingdom!!!

We had SO much fun...there were SO many animals to see...

Like this little mama monkey and her baby...

They were jumping all over the place, I couldn't take my eyes off them! We got to feed the ducks...
and the deer!!!
On one of my CD's, there's a song about a Kookaburra...Mommy & Daddy always thought it was just a made up song about this bird, but NOPE, a Kookaburra is real!
And we got to see one!!!

Mommy was SO silly, she started singing the song about the

"Kookaburra sitting in an old gum tree"!

We got to see Rewa, the white bengal tiger...
and a giant tortoise!

They even had a place where we could play and feed the goats...

one of the baby goats tried to eat my pants!!!

The Three Little Pigs

They have a Butterfly Kingdom that we could go in and see all kinds of butterfly's flying around.

One even landed on Daddy's arm!!!

If you look closely, you will notice the baby is hanging on it's mommy's back!!!

Sam got to ride a horse!!!

Mommy & Daddy said I was too little, but maybe next time!

We saw an elephant drinking water from a hose...just like Grandpa does!!!

SO silly!!!

After we walked all around the zoo and meet all the animals, we had a picnic lunch and headed over to the rides!

Mommy & Sam raced down the big wavy slide...

And then they got lost in the house of mirrors!!!

I can't wait until I'm as big as Sam, so I can go on all these fun rides!!!

I was SO happy, I got to ride on the carousel...it was so much fun!

My horse went up and down and up and down!

We had such a fun day, I can't wait until we can go back again!!!

Gram & Pep's 80th Birthday Bash!

On Sunday, July 12th we had a party for Gram and Pep, who both turned 80 yrs. old!!!

There were tons of people there, family & friends; it was a great day to celebrate!!!Auntie Erin, Uncle Shane, Samantha & Brenna were there...although Samantha was in the pool the whole time!

I sat up on Daddy's shoulders...I love being up that tall!!!
Plus, it's easier to give him loves!!!
Me and Grandpa splashed and dipped our toes in the pool...

It was a great day!

Happy 80th Birthday Gram & Pep, we all love you both VERY, VERY, much!!!
