Hanging out...

While it kept snowing and snowing and snowing some more this weekend, we just hung out around the house! Mommy wrapped some gifts, Daddy snow-blowed every few hours, and we just enjoyed some family time!

Gus & Piper got their Christmas present this weekend,

It was a long day of pampering for them,

My First Tooth

Saturday, December 19th was a VERY big day for me...

MY FIRST TOOTH CUT THROUGH!!!

Mommy and Daddy were SO excited! Mommy even cried! She said that I'm growing up too fast and that she wants me to stay little forever! Good news for Mommy & Daddy (and me too!), this tooth came in with very little headaches...I haven't been fussy, only running a very low grade fever and drooling A LOT!!! Hopefully all my teeth come in as easy!!!

Santa!

Over the wintery weekend, we made our way out to meet Santa!!!
Mommy & Daddy were going to take me to the Mall of New Hampshire to meet Santa, but they wanted $25 for a picture...so we decided to go the Bedford Mall, where it was a $5 donation to the Santa Fund!!!

I had so much fun meeting Santa...he really is a jolly fella! Mommy and Daddy made sure to tell him I've been a very good girl, so hopefully he will bring me lots of toys!!!

Santa tried to give me a candy cane, but Mommy said no thank you~I don't think he realized that I'm just starting to eat mush!!! Silly Santa!

Daddy's Chair

I was sitting in Daddy's chair, minding my own business, then all of sudden he came over and plopped himself right down,
almost on-top of me!!!

Doesn't he know by now, I rule this kingdom!
It's my chair now Dad!

Just kidding Daddy...I love you!

Ice Storm 2008

So, I've lived through my first Ice Storm and from what Mommy and Daddy say, this was one for the history books! On Thursday night, New England was hit with a severe ice storm that went into Friday. Many people were without power, heat, and water!

We were lucky, we only lost power for a brief time in the morning and then everything came back on, so we invited all our family and friends over to stay warm!!!

Auntie Erin, Samantha and Baby Brenna came over, as well as Auntie Ali and Auntie Catie!

Baby Brenna wasn't sharing her blanket, so I stole it from her...Mommy told me not to steal things, so we ended up sharing the blanket and snuggling together!
A little later in the day, Auntie Sarah, Uncle Jamie, and Lilian came over! Samantha LOVES it when Lilian comes over cause she has someone to play with! They were hiding in my closet reading books and playing with my toys!

Uncle Jamie held me all day...
he wouldn't even let Auntie Sarah hold me!!!
He said he needed his "baby fix" for the day! ;~)

He finally let Lilian hold me, but he didn't go far...he sat right in front of us and made sure Lilian wasn't too rough with me!
Oh, it was a long day of entertaining, but that's ok we didn't mind!
We didn't want any of our family out in the cold!!!

My Activity Center

I'm finally big enough to play in my activity center!
This thing is SO cool...my seat spins, things light-up, I can even draw and play the piano!
(These pictures were from about a week ago, I can now completely touch the floor with my feet!)

Gus and Piper like to try and play with it too...

The piano is my favorite! It lights up and plays all kinds of music!
I can flip the pages to hear songs, play tunes, and even hear the characters talk!

Watch me dance and play the piano! And give Piper some kisses!

My Bath Robes

Seeing I'm getting so big, Mommy thought I should try on my bath robes before they are too small! Good thing she did cause I think I'll be able to wear them a few more times before they get too small...but that's ok, cause I pass all my clothes onto my cousin Brenna!
I don't know what Mommy was doing, but she seemed obsessed with taking pictures of my toes...she is SO silly! Lucky for her I had just gotten out of the tub and my toes smelled like roses~ well actually lavender and chamomile!

Applesauce!

Thanksgiving morning, Mommy gave me my very first taste of applesauce...I was so excited!!!

I haven't really mastered cereal, but Mommy thought if it was mixed with applesauce, I might like it better!

Here it comes...my very first bite!!!
(Well not really a bite, I don't have any teeth, but you get the point!)

Hey, this stuff ain't so bad...more please!

The one picture missing and the one Mommy really couldn't get, was when she gave me a bite of my applesauce and cereal and I sneezed!!!
It flew out of my mouth and all over Mommy!It was SO funny!
(it's a good thing I'm cute- there is no way she could be mad at this face!)
Daddy thought it was pretty funny too!!!

Our Christmas Tree

We sent up our Christmas tree this weekend!

Christmas lights are AWESOME!

Mommy was trying to get the lights on the tree, but I just kept eating them, so me and Daddy decided to get out of her way and watch a A Very Mickey Christmas!

It's tiring standing up...me and Daddy need to relax a little more

Thanksgiving was a VERY busy day...we went to visit Grandpa Dennis & Bubby, then we headed to Grandma & Grandpa Jack's...

This is my other Great Grandfather...Grumpy! I'm not sure why everyone calls him Grumpy, he's very friendly! Rumor has it, that Mommy couldn't say Grampy when she was little and it came out as Grumpy, so...13 grandkids and 3 great-grand kids later, he's still Grumpy!

My Uncle Mark and cousin Samantha joined me for some tummy time...

The day after Thanksgiving, we went to Memere and Gramps' house to celebrate with them!
Me and Auntie Nicole were dressed as twins...we didn't plan it, but we sure looked cute!Auntie Lindsay and Uncle Jeff weren't able to make it up, but promise to come see me for Christmas!!!

We all had a lot to be thankful for this year!!!
